Under the general supervision of the X-Ray Supervisor, the X-Ray Technician Limited (XTL) operates x-ray equipment to perform radiographic and diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis of injuries and diseases. Cross-train and assist in other areas of the clinic as operational needs require. Will work closely with the X-Ray Supervisor and Chief Medical Officer to ensure Radiology department is fully functional.
Under the direction of the Health Center Manager, individual will direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for assigned center to provide outstanding customer service, quality and cost effective care. Expected to manage the daily operations of both the Front Office and Medical Records areas of the health center. Responds to issues as appropriate (i.e., scheduling errors, patient flow bottlenecks, patient concerns, employee relations issues, etc.) and forwards information to appropriate supervisor and to Health Center Manager as needed for formal follow-up. Consistently conducts operations and decision-making base on using UHC policies and procedures. Approaches work in a consistent and timely manner and as directed by the Health Center Manager.

Primary tasks are to assist the Health Center Manager at the site. LVN's may be required to draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis. Finally, the LVN position provides or facilitates the provision of information needed by both patients and clinicians. Furthermore, they ensure a smooth and well-connected patient flow. The LVN reports to the Health Center Manager.
The QI Coordinator coordinates UHC's quality improvement program and is expected to monitor and provide assistance with quality assurance and compliance functions. This position serves in both analytical and clerical functions of the department. This position is expected to assist with general audits, collect data, perform analysis and generate reports. The QI coordinator is expected to be able to effectively communicate outcomes and results along with designing and creating dynamic presentation materials. Finally, this position is also responsible for coordination of meetings, record keeping, and tracking of improvement initiatives. This position is non-exempt under FLSA and current wage order guidelines.

Under direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Internal Auditor will assist in developing, implementing, and conducting effective internal audits that support UHC’s financial, operational, process improvement, risk management activities and compliance with policies and procedures for all departments.
This exempt position is a crucial part of the service delivery team responsible quality patient care at the health center sites. This position supervises and directs nursing staff activities (e.g., Medical Assistants, Referral Clerks, etc.) to ensure quality of care, patient flow, and compliance with regulations and governing bodies. Additionally, a member of the management team, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Supervisor evaluates coaches and guides staff performances along with providing indirect and direct patient care within the scope of their respective nursing license.
