We are recruiting for a temporary WIC Administrative Outreach Specialist position. This temporary full-time position is expected to be a six month assignment.   Under the direction of the WIC Assistant Director, the WIC Administrative Outreach Specialist is responsible for ordering materials necessary for multiple sites (from State WIC, the stockroom, and outside sources). Tracks delivery and payment of supplies ordered. Reviews and monitors invoices. Prepares reports as directed.  Develops, designs and promotes outreach material/posts for the WIC program.

Serves as conduit for information flow between the CSO and CMO. Represents the CSO and CMO in a variety of situations with the utmost professionalism.
