Performs a variety of duties in and around buildings and grounds of the centers in order to maintain and repair the buildings, grounds, utilities systems and equipment. This could include plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical work, refrigeration, air conditioning and gardening. Cleans and services clinic building areas, moves furniture, equipment and supplies in and around center departments. In addition, the Maintenance Technician may perform a variety of housekeeping duties to maintain the clinic in an orderly and sanitary condition.
