The Activities Coordinator leads PACE Participant engagement while at the PACE Center. As part of the multidisciplinary team, the Activities Coordinator organizes, plans and prepares for participant socialization and involvement through hobbies, games, recreation and crafts. The Transportation Coordinator oversees all PACE participant transportation to and from the PACE Center as well as to and from all approved appointments outside of the PACE Center. Coordination of drivers, vans and any necessary support staff is supported by the Transportation Coordinator who will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to communicate any pertinent updates or planning. Additionally, this position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of UHC owned transportation passenger vehicles.
