Assists in providing 340B financial analysis. Ensures 340B claims meet eligibility criteria. Assists in Maximizing 340B Revenue. Proficiency in data management and Microsoft Office are essential to this role, along with the ability to work independently through task completion. Serves as liaison for all 340B related matters.
The 340B Coordinator audits for compliance with OPA/HRSA and other regulatory bodies relating to 340B claims. The 340B Coordinator also assists in developing and updating documents, process, and policies and, procedures for daily operations and monthly financial reporting and tracking. A component of the latter would consist of preparing reports regarding 340B business operations, revenue, and expenses. The Coordinator would regularly navigate UHC’s EHR to verify 340B claims as well as process and document new 340B eligible referral claims while maintaining all files and records regarding referral claim processing. Another key component of the responsibilities of the Coordinator are to develop and maintain knowledge of current regulatory trends and issues within the 340B environment as well as track, trend, and report 340B pharmaceutical sales and purchases. The Coordinator will assist, with help from other key staff members, with the completion of the established audit schedule. The 340B Coordinator will perform moderately complex statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data regarding the 340B program and through those analyses and audits will identify and act upon reimbursement and revenue opportunities. The Coordinator will ensure revenue optimization through the implementation of charge capture and charge reconciliation tools. The 340B Coordinator will assist in the investigation of charging and/or billing opportunities for existing and future revenue projects while determining reimbursement potential. The Coordinator will identify trends and monitor utilization for the purpose of data analysis and projection. The 340B Coordinator will utilize all necessary software and applications to investigate, analyze, report, educate, and develop procedural improvements relative to all components of the 340B Program. Lastly, the 340B Coordinator develops and maintains relationships with wholesalers, manufacturers, and contract pharmacies as well as maintaining the accounting for the 340B and pharmacy services.

The pay range for this non-exempt position starts at $30.75 an hour. Our salaries are dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
